Even though people don’t often associate work with happiness or fun, being satisfied with your workplace is an important part of having a positive outlook on life. That’s why Forbes makes its annual Best Employers List. By honoring companies that provide a positive work environment and experience for their employees, Forbes encourages other workplaces to do the same. For 2018, Mitsubishi was one of the employers honored on the Best Employers List.
Forbes collaborated with research firm Statista to evaluate 30,000 different employers through recommendations by employers, employees, and employee surveys. After looking at categories such as salary, work conditions, company image, and potential for growth, Forbes and Statista compiled final scores for more than 2,300 U.S. companies.
Mitsubishi, regarded as one of the fastest-growing non-luxury auto brands in the United States following the launch of the Eclipse Cross and Outlander PHEV, benefits greatly from being recognized as one of the Best Employers in the nation. The title adds momentum to the brand’s revamp of its image and lineup.
Forbes’ Best Employers List validates Mitsubishi’s commitment to crafting a dynamic, supportive work environment that facilitates the brand’s vision for the future. Fred Diaz, president and chief executive officer of Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc., responded to the honor by saying Mitsubishi employees are “the driving force behind our brand’s momentum.”
